Vista will transport you to a tropical island, while nestled where Hermosa Beach’s Pier Plaza meets the sand. With a refined and modern coastal décor interior and large west-facing windows for beautiful ocean and sunset views. The south entrance faces the lively and energetic Pier Plaza, where a large outdoor patio is available for alfresco dining and spare room for outdoor activities.
At the helm of the Vista kitchen, Chef Drew Adams offers Pacific and Californian cuisine. The menu will include starters such as Jumbo Crab and Yuzu Guacamole, Hearts of Palm Salad with Opium Dressing, Coconut Tiger Prawn Cocktail, Huli-Huli Chicken Tulips, Charred Watermelon, Burrata Salad, blue crab nuggets with togarashi tartar sauce, tuna tataki with puffed sticky rice and Kalbi short ribs, shiso leaf wrap with samjang sauce. Appetizers must include a grilled, grilled glazed cauliflower steak 18 oz. rib eye steak with shishito chili chimichurri. Fresh local seafood offerings including grilled oysters with fresno chili butter, steamed mussels and seared sea scallops.
The Vista Bar will offer classic tiki-inspired cocktails with homemade syrups and freshly squeezed organic juices. Serve timeless drinks with a twist, such as Hanauma Way, Mai Tai, Zombie and seasonally inspired punch bowls. Vista will feature an eclectic wine and beer list, as well as a full bar with house classics; margaritas, mojitos, daquiris, old fashioned and rumgronis.
